Returns Procedures

We welcome returns with open arms... c'mon, we never wanted to let our¬†products go in the first place ūüė≠

Returns must be pre-authorised by emailing us at putting RETURNS as the subject.

Returns will only be accepted on unused, unopened and undamaged items. In addition to this, returns must be requested no later than 28 days from the date you received the item. 

Return postage is refundable providing the item being returned was damaged on delivery or was sent in error by us. We will happily accept returns for a variety of different reasons but the return postage in any other scenario is down to the customer to pay for.

Upon receiving your item we will check that it qualifies for a refund and if it does, we'll process it usually within 5-7 working days. If approved, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please be aware that during busy periods of the year (including public holidays) this timeframe may be extended.

Returns are sent to us at your own risk and we cannot be held liable for any damage to or loss of items by the service of your choice. We recommend sending items with tracking and insurance to ensure you are covered in the unlikely event of damage or loss.

Items sent back to us that have not been pre-authorised will NOT be accepted, nor refunded and no further action can or will be raised.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like gift cards, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

In addition to the non-returnable items listed above, there are many items which we may or may not accept at our discretion. These include, but are not limited to: any item which requires oral use (such as waterpipes, pipes, vaporisers) and any item which is worn in close contact with the body (such as face masks, bandanas, hats).
